*Reminder: The cost to attend the Leap Day Virtual Session was included in the 2023 CLIC Conference registration fee. All in-person and virtual registrants at the main CLIC Conference are automatically registered to attend the CLIC Leap Day Virtual Session. Please proceed to the following two bookmarked sections and follow the steps within:

I) Instructions to Schedule and Access CLIC Leap Day Virtual Sessions In Zoom Events; and

III) To receive Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credit

Individuals who did NOT register / attend the 2023 CLIC Conference may register to attend the Leap Day Virtual Session. The cost to attend the CLIC Leap Day Virtual Session is $100 USD. Please proceed to the following two bookmarked sections and follow the steps within:

I) INSTRUCTIONS TO SCHEDULE and ACCESS CLIC LEAP DAY VIRTUAL SESSIONS IN ZOOM EVENTS (for those who DID register / attend for the 2023 CLIC Conference)

All in-person and virtual CLIC Conference attendees and CLIC Leap Day Virtual Session registrants will receive an email from Zoom Events on Thursday, February 1, followed by Thursday, February 15, and Wednesday, February 28 with instructions to register. After registering in Zoom Events, please note the instructions outlined below to schedule and access the sessions from a personal calendar OR email:

  1. Zoom Events will send a “CLIC Leap Day Virtual Session Ticket” to the email address used to register. Within that email message is a link to the Leap Day Virtual Session Zoom Event space that enables registrants to schedule the entire event or select specific sessions to attend, which can then be saved to a personal calendar. *Note: Zoom Events will send a reminder and link to the Zoom event prior to each session.
  2. On the day of the CLIC Leap Day Virtual Session, registrants can select the event link from their calendar OR open the email that contains the CLIC Leap Day Virtual Session Ticket. The event link will route registrants to the “Zoom Lobby” where attendees can select the sessions they wish to attend and join from there.

If you did NOT receive an email from Zoom Events, please check your Junk and Spam folders. If you are still unable to locate that email, please follow steps 1 – 3 outlined below:

  1. Register to attend the CLIC Leap Day Virtual Session on the Zoom Events platform here.
  2. Zoom Events will send a “CLIC Leap Day Virtual Session Ticket” to the email address used to register. Within that email message is a link to the Leap Day Virtual Session Zoom Event space that enables registrants to schedule the entire event or select specific sessions to attend, which can then be saved to a personal calendar. *Note: Zoom Events will send a reminder and link to the Zoom event prior to each session.

II) INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTER and PAY TO ATTEND THE CLIC LEAP DAY VIRTUAL SESSION (for those who did NOT register / attend for the 2023 CLIC Conference)

A) Create an Account in WSU Cloud CME (if you do not already have a CloudCME account. If you already have a CloudCME account, proceed to Step B.)

  1. Click on this link to access the WSU College of Medicine Continuing Medical Education page.
  2. Select the ‘Create Account’ button.

  1. Complete the participant profile. All sections highlighted in red are required.

  1. Click the ‘Submit’ button to finalize the profile set-up.

B) Register and Pay (or apply the discount code for a fee waiver) to attend the CLIC Leap Day Virtual Session

  1. Go to the WSU College of Medicine Continuing Medical Education Live Courses page.
  2. Select the ‘Register’ button and follow the steps within.

  1. Registrants will receive a registration confirmation email from ‘WSU College of Medicine Continuing Medical Education’ within 1 – 2 business days.

III) CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION CREDIT

To receive Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credit for attending CLIC Leap Day Virtual Sessions, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Go to the WSU College of Medicine Continuing Medical Education Live Courses page and register for each session that is offering CME during the CLIC Leap Day Virtual Session.

  1. Pair your cell phone by texting your email address to: (844) 930-2212. You will receive a text indicating your phone number is linked (this will only need to be completed once).
  2. Record your attendance by texting the 3-digit code located within each course title to (844) 930-2212. This step must be completed no earlier than 60 minutes prior to the session or no later than 120 minutes after the session concludes.

IV) CLIC LEAP DAY VIRTUAL SESSION SCHEDULE

Continuing Medical Education Accreditation Statement: Washington State University Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM continuing medical education for physicians.
